Mona Moretti is the princess to the Moretti crime family in Rome. Mona’s father, Sam Moretti, ran the Moretti family for over thirty years. They did everything from simple shake downs to selling weapons to terrorists. Mona was different though, crazy, violent. By the time Mona was fifteen she had been to Juvenile prison three times for arson, assault and murder. The Moretti family had strong ties though and got her out every time. When Mona turned twenty-four, she wanted to take over the family business. Her father thought she was too young, so she killed her father and took over the business. Without Sam though, the authorities were not as scared or submissive and tried to take down the Moretti family. Mona hated that people underestimated her so she blew up a police station and moved her organization to South Africa where a smaller Moretti family member was running their operation out of. For four years Mona built an empire in Cape Town, submitting most gangs to her control and running most of the drugs and weapons across the country.

When the Scourge began Mona seized the opportunity to take power and started organizing the gangs under her control as well as a small militia she controlled to form The Order. She wanted to control Cape Town and turn it into her own playground. For a while it was her city, until the ACGL Rebellion was formed to stop her.
