Injustice 2 Legendary Series Announced

We are proud to be bringing another great tournament to the fighting game community. Today GameFinity and ACGL are happy to announce the Injustice 2 Legendary Series.

The event, consisting of three stages, will host the best Injustice 2 fighters in Southern Africa who will compete for over R12 000 in cash!

The Legendary Series will consist of three stages of competition; The qualifiers, the Legendary League and the Grand Finals, all of which will be played online on PlayStation 4.

If you are up to the challenge make sure that you sign up and prepare yourself for battle.

The Qualifiers

The Injustice 2 Legendary Series will host four online qualifiers, wherein each qualifier the participants will be competing for a R1000 prize pool. Not only will there be cash up for grabs, the top two players in each of the respective qualifiers will earn their place in the Legendary League where there is an additional R8500 in cash prizes up for grabs.
Prize Pool:

1st - R600 + Qualification into the Legendary League
2nd - R400 + Qualification into the Legendary League

Should a player place in the Top 2 in one of the qualifiers they will not be allowed to play in the remaining qualifiers.

Registrations, dates and broadcast details

Registrations for the first online qualifier is now open.

Qualifier Dates:

Qualifier 1: 8 September 14:00 [Register Now]
Qualifier 2: 15 September 14:00
Qualifier 3: 22 September 14:00
Qualifier 4: 29 September 14:00

All matches will be played to a double elimination best of 3.

Once a qualifier reaches the point where there are only four players left in the tournament, the matches will be paused and played on the following day where they will be live streamed and broadcast for your entertainment.
