As we race closer to the Electronics & Gaming Expo on 27 to 29 July, we are opening registrations for the fighting games planned for the weekend.

Tekken 7 and Injustice 2 will feature as the focus titles and each will offer a cash prize pool of R2,500. Both titles will be played on PlayStation 4. To enter, players need to register here and have a day pass in their possession. There is (currently) a 32-player cap per title which will be a double elimination bracket, so pre-registering is highly recommended. To secure your spot, please send us a photo of your ticket (to admin@acgl.co.za) to confirm. Walk-ins will be accepted as long as the entry cap has not been reached, however, preference will be given in the following order: confirmed pre-registered players, unconfirmed pre-registered players and then walk-ins.

Over the course of the weekend, a number of other fighting titles will be hosted in more adhoc first-come-first-served mini-tournaments. These will offer products as prizes and will not feature pre-registration. A full event schedule will be released to give you more on times and days to expect these.
