Following last week's Valorant Series announcement, this week we are pleased to announce that Rainbow Six Siege players on PC and PlayStation will have their own cash series thanks to ASTRO Gaming.

The Rainbow Six Series kicks off this March and runs for approximately six weeks. Registered teams will compete via a group phase into a cup and shield playoffs. The cup will feature the top teams, while the shield will run for all the other teams. On the line in the cup is R6,000 cash, while the shield teams will play for R500 cash.

Registrations are open for the #AGCZA Rainbow Six Siege Series. Teams can sign up for free until 7 March, with matches kicking off that night. Selected matches throughout the series will be streamed, so watch our social media for details.


  • 7th – 13th March 2022: Groups Week 1
  • 14th – 20th March 2022: Groups Week 2
  • 21st – 27th March 2022: Groups Week 3
  • 28th March – 1st April 2022: Groups Week 4
  • 2nd + 3rd April 2022: Shield Bracket
  • 9th + 10th April 2022: Main Bracket (Console)
  • 16th + 17th April 2022: Main Bracket (PC)


A total of R6,500 in cash is up for grabs for both PC and PlayStation, which will be distributed as follows:

Main Bracket

  • 1st Place: R3,000
  • 2nd Place: R2,000
  • 3rd Place: R1,000

Shield Bracket

R500 winner-takes-all.

Additionally, we have Rainbow Six Siege In-Game Credits up for grabs which will be awarded to the top plays submitted, MVPs, social and stream giveaways, and a whole lot more.
