This coming weekend at Afresports at GrandWest in Cape Town, we will be hosting Tekken 7 and Dota 2 (1v1) tournaments with cash prizes up for grabs.

There will be a standalone tournament for each title per day, with R1,200 in cash up for grabs per tournament. Entry will cost R50 per player per day. Each tournament will have a 32-player entry cap with a minimum of 16 players required per tournament to proceed. Pre-registrations are open with tickets available at the venue. Walk-ins will also be accepted - as long as there is space still. Players are also welcome to compete on both days but should note that the R50 fee is applicable per day.

The equipment for each of these events will be supplied. However, should Tekken 7 fighters want to use their own controllers, they may do so. For the Dota 2, PCs are being supplied by MWEB, while peripherals are being supplied by Cougar Gaming.
