Quick Rules

HOW IT WORKS

  • For 1v1: The hosting player must host a DUO game session;
  • For 2v2: The hosting team must host a SQUAD game session.
  • The host will then invite their opponents to the game session and then begin the match.
  • If you are unable to invite your opponent(their Epic ID does not exist for example), contact them either via the match page or discord to ensure you have the correct spelling. If you are still unable to send them an invite, it could be due to problems some players experience with cross-platform invites. To resolve this, wait a few minutes and try again or search your opponent's email address instead of their Epic ID
  • All matches must be played on ME/Middle Eastern servers

HOW TO WIN

  • For Best of 1: The participant with the most kills at the end of the ONE game session will be awarded the win
  • For Total of two: The participant with the most kills at the end of the TWO game sessions will be awarded the win
    • If there is a tie in kills, a third map will be used to determine a tie-breaker
    • Survival time will be the decider in the case of a tie in the 3rd game
  • If a player downs someone and the other person bleeds out after the player dies, the kill will be counted towards the score of that player.

PROOF REQUIREMENTS

  • We recommend that each player take screenshots/video of their own and their opponent's total kills at the end of every game
  • In the event of a dispute, the accusing player will be given a max of 15 minutes(from the time the score was reported/dispute was made, whichever comes first) to provide the requested proof, with exceptions being made at an admin's discretion
  • Proof must be uploaded either to your match page or the ACGL Discord chat. Alternatively, upload your video to https://streamable.com or screenshot to https://imgur.com and post the URL in the match page
  • Here is an example of the proof required for a dispute on scores https://i.imgur.com/hAFMpNz.png

Game Specific

1.1 Sabotage

Sabotage is only applicable if it causes death, loss of a kill, or otherwise prevents your opponent from progressing. For example: If a player is busy fighting another player and you destroy their cover while they are fighting, but they survive and get a kill and progress, it will not be counted as sabotage.

Examples of sabotage:

  • Breaking, editing or weakening your opponent's built or non-built (e.g. someone else's structure, trees, buildings, cover, etc) structures or cover resulting in your opponent falling, losing cover or taking damage
  • Causing your opponents to miss shots or miss opportunities for advancing their scores
  • Building in front of your opponent or boxing them in
  • Using any type of vehicle to drive into your opponent
  • Using one of the following against your opponent:  Shockwave Grenade, Boogie Bomb, Impulse Grenade, Port-A-Fort, Chiller or Bouncer

Examples of NONE sabotage:

  • Kill or Loot stealing
  • Following your opponent
  • Re-spawning or reviving your teammate/opponent
  • Not re-spawning or reviving your teammate/opponent

Any claims of this happening must be submitted in video form and show all players usernames involved in the incident. Both players will be requested to provide their point of view of the incident. Exceptions may be made by an admin to ensure fair play.

Participants that do not attempt to contact an admin will have their fixtures forfeit once the 'Grace Period' of the following fixture expires.

1.5 Teamwork

Teamwork is allowed. However, players that have queued up together are NOT ALLOWED to contribute/cause the death of the player(s) they're competing against within that game. Players caught doing so will be disqualified from their match.

We will not replay any matches pertaining to lag or in-game glitches. There may be exceptions to this case and will be at the admin's discretion.

1.7 Disconnections

If a player disconnects before landing, the game should be replayed.  All players must leave the match to end the game. If the player lands and then disconnects, the number of kills you had will stand however your disconnection will be treated as the time at which you died.

If your opponent disconnects and you continue the game, you will be requested to provide proof of your kills from that game.

1.8 Hosting

The higher seeded participant at match time must host all matches, however, both participants should take the initiative to invite and/or message the other about the game lobby. Failure to do so can result in a forfeit.

1.10 Double Forfeit

If a match is not played and neither participant contacts the admin requesting the forfeit or win, both participants will be knocked out of the tournament.

1.11 Seeding

Participants will be seeded according to their game ELO. The higher seed is determined by the participant with the seed closest to 0. Example: Seed 4 is a higher seed than seed 10.

1.12 Killing AFK's

Intentionally landing at the end of the bus to kill AFK players is not allowed. Video proof must be submitted as evidence to dispute.

  • This event is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or otherwise associated with, Epic Games, INC. The information players provide in connection with this event is being provided to event organizer and not Epic Games, INC.
