Announcing the PUBG Mobile Duos Madness Cup

Due to lobby glitches in week one of the tournament series related to the restrictions, the format has been changed to a traditional Duos tournament series. No weapon restrictions will be in effect. Prize pools and dates are not affected.

October is the month of spookiness, mixed with a dash of madness, and we are never ones to let that sort of opportunity pass us by. To celebrate, we have decided to throw a little twist into the October PUBG Mobile Duos Cup.

There will be three qualifiers leading to one final. On the line in the final will be a cash prize pool of R10,000.

So far, so usual. However, the qualifiers for the PUBG Mobile Duos Madness will see the weapons used each week being restricted. Are you and your duo more adept with sniper rifles, then qualifier one will be for you. Assault rifles more your thing? Then maybe try and qualify in week two. Each qualifier will only feature one map per week.

The top 15 duos per qualifier will be heading to the cash final on 5 November.

Of course, that doesn't mean the final will be back to a 'free-for-all' with regards to weapon usage. Weapon restrictions will also be applied across the three maps for the final. therefore being the most consistent with all weapon varieties will be key to secure the winner's spot and cheque!
